Raw Strawberries and Cream Granola

One of my go-to weekday breakfasts is granola with vegan yoghurt and fruit. And right now, as I’m finishing the last of my WholeSoy Co. plain yoghurt (sob), I thought I would share my recipe for a delicious raw strawberries and cream granola. It’s great with yoghurt and fresh strawberries, or with a little vegan milk. Either way, it’s a healthful way to start your day.

Whew! Now you may think that is a pretentious title for this recipe. But dear readers, it’s true. These banana, walnut and chocolate chip muffins are oh so delightful and oh so delicious.  They are the the perfect treat for breakfast or an afternoon snack. Or any time you need a little pick-me-up. In fact, I could eat them all day.
