There’s pretty much no better way to get your day started than with a green smoothie. A nice thick blend of fruit and greens is just what you need to load up on vitamins and give you the energy you need to get up and go. And this green smoothie, with a super extra load of antioxidants from both the raspberries and pomegranate arils and vitamin C from the lemon, is extra special.

Raspberry Pomegranate Lemonade Smoothie!

This smoothie is like a nice big glass of lemonade, only creamy.

It has a beautiful combination of tartness and sweetness. In fact, just thinking about it makes me wish I had another one right now!

  1. 1 cup frozen spinach, or 3 cups fresh
  2. 1/2 cup pomegranate arils, fresh or frozen
  3. 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  4. 1 lemon, fresh, peeled with zest from about 1/2 of it
  5. 1 cup vegan milk
  6. Stevia, to taste
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
