Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt

It’s snowing outside and roads promised to be a mess for the commute this evening, so I worked from home today.  It was the most productive day I have had in a while. Needless to say, it actually felt like I was busier today than on the days that I commute into the office. At least then I have some down time to write blog posts, catch up on other email and generally decompress before getting home to exercise, cook dinner and get things buy diazepam in usa ready for the next day.

So today, here is a very quick and easy, but absolutely delicious recipe. What’s pink and yellow and white and takes literally two minutes to pull together into an amazing dessert? Strawberries, bananas and yoghurt. That’s what.

For a super quick treat you’ll need a high-speed blender.  However, you could make it in a regular blender and just put it back in the freezer for half an hour before indulging (but seriously, who can wait that long?)

  1. 1/4 cup non-dairy yoghurt, plain or vanilla
  2. 2 bananas, chopped and frozen
  3. 5 strawberries, frozen
  4. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  5. Small pinch of salt
  6. Stevia to taste (optional, it is really not needed)
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until all chunks of fruit have been broken up.
  2. If you're using a vitamix, the sound of the blender will change and four mounds will appear in the corners of the blender.
  3. Stop blending immediately and serve!
